Se están riendo de todos a la cara...

Se están riendo a la cara de los hijos de Michael.

Se están riendo a la cara de la familia Jackson.

Se están riendo a la cara de todos los fans de Michael Jackson.

Me parece una burla grotesca, que a un médico cardiólogo, se le muera un paciente con el corazón sano, de un paro cardiaco...

It looks to me a grotesque jeer, that to a cardiologist, a patient dies with a healthy heart, of a cardiac arrest...
